Job Description
Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)
Location: Towson, MD
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: May 12, 2025
Job Overview
Join a dedicated surgical team at a reputable medical center in Towson, MD. The Sterile Processing Technician will support safe patient care by properly cleaning, sterilizing, storing, and distributing surgical instruments and supplies.
Schedule
Shifts Available:
-
Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
-
Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekend & On-Call Requirements: Determined by the facility
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of recent Sterile Processing Technician experience – Required
-
HSPA Certification (CRCST) held for at least 2 years – Required
-
BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
-
COVID-19 vaccination required (Declinations not accepted)
-
RTO must not exceed 40 hours (5 days)
