 Key Responsibilities:   

• Patient Assessment and Care:  Conduct patient assessments, manage patient care plans, and perform clinical nursing procedures according to the facility’s standards.
• Patient Education:  Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication instructions, and health management techniques.
• Collaborative Care:  Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Record Keeping:  Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Quality Improvement:  Participate in quality improvement initiatives to support the highest standards in patient care and safety.

 Qualifications:

- Active RN license in the state of practice (multiple state licenses or compact licensure a plus).

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in an ambulatory, outpatient, or similar setting preferred.

- Strong clinical assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
