Job Title: RN House Supervisor (Nights)

Location: Kane, PA (Your New Favorite Night Owl Gig)

Shift Type: Night Shift

Shift Times: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Because who needs sleep when you can make a difference?)

Shift Notes:

Two days on, two days off, three days on – basically, the perfect shift for the night owl in you.

84-hours biweekly pay period (because we know you need that paycheck to fuel your coffee addiction).

Hourly Pay: $32.00 (More than enough to treat yourself to a midnight snack).

New Grads Welcome: If you’re fresh out of nursing school and ready to tackle the world, this is your time to shine (and we promise, no one will judge your caffeine habit).

BLS (AHA): Yes, CPR. But let's be real, you probably already know how to save lives, right?

COVID Vaccine: Because we're all in this together. Mask up, vax up, and let's make nursing night shifts great again.

License: You must possess a current license in PA or have a temporary work permit (we're legit, we need this!).

Experience: Nursing Home Experience = Plus. (But if you’re new, don’t worry, we’re cool with that, too!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Medical Asepsis & Body Mechanics: Keeping things clean and tidy, just like you do in your own home (only with more gloves).

Personal Care of Residents: Like a personal nurse, but with more bedpans and less small talk.

Observing & Reporting: Be the eyes and ears of the night (without the cape, unless you want one).

Knowledge of Nursing Theory: We promise, it’s not just for exams. It’ll make you feel like a superhero when you apply it.

Compliance: Regulations, policies, and procedures - all that good stuff. (Basically, you’ll be the institution's GPS.)

Customer Service: Be kind and professional – after all, these residents are the ones with the best bedtime stories.

What We Want:

A team player who can communicate clearly – no “mumblers” allowed!

Someone with excellent observation skills (so you notice when someone’s got an extra pudding cup they didn’t order).

The ability to follow directions – if you can follow the plot of a mystery novel, we’re sure you’ll be able to handle this.

Bonus Points If You’re:

A ninja with time management skills (because let’s face it, night shifts are all about efficiency).

A big fan of cost containment – we love saving money as much as we love saving lives.

Always ready to jump in with a solution. You’re the go-to when things get a little crazy.
