BLOCK SCHEDULING IS NOT AVAIALBE FOR THIS NEED.
Patient Ratios - 6:1 (at the most)
Also, 2 LNA's to assist as well as a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor
EMR - EPIC
Job Summary: Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement nursing standards in the processes of care
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Local travelers are not eligible for this need

- 3+ years CURRENT MS - Required
- EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
- Previous Travel - Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : License and Certs must be active and in good standing.
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
