Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy to adult clients with behavioral health conditions.

Complete intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.

Utilize evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

Coordinate with psychiatrists, case managers, peer support specialists, and primary care providers.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and state standards.

Support client recovery through strength-based, person-centered approaches.

Required Licensure

Applicants must hold One of the following active licenses with the State of Michigan:

LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master Social Worker)

LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)

LLPC (Limited Licensed Professional Counselor)

LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

TLLP (Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist)

LLP (Limited Licensed Psychologist)

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.

Previous experience working with adults in a mental health or community-based setting preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a trauma-informed mindset.

Commitment to recovery-focused, culturally sensitive care.
