Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and capabilities.

Design and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide well-rounded care.

Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery and independence.

Accurately document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes.

Participate in team meetings and engage in continuous education to stay current with physical therapy advancements.

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Valid California Physical Therapy license.

Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Schedule:

Day shifts available, with flexibility based on patient needs and your availability.
