Unit Profiles:The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. (Y/N) – YesTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Be able to perform and document patient assessments, create and revise plan of care, document outcomes and patient responses, administer and document mediations, and implement physician orders correctly.Escalate patient issues correctly and efficiently.Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHHS. Preferred TNCC or CATNPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Trauma ICU Experience Surgical ICU ExperienceList typical procedures performed on unit(s): EVD’s/Bolts; Arterial Lines; Central Lines, Chest Tube InsertionBest personality Fit: TeamworkCalm under pressureDress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.Scrub Color - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
