Job Description
Position: RN - Pediatric
Location: Overland Park, KS 66215
Pay scale:$75.00
Shift: Nights
Start Date: 1/27/2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients, ranging from infants to adolescents.
- Conduct pediatric assessments, including growth and developmental evaluations.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate parents and caregivers on pediatric health and wellness, including preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of pediatric patient assessments and care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in pediatric nursing.
- Knowledge of pediatric growth and development.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
