Registered Nurse Long Term Care

Job Description

Evolve Healthcare is now hiring for a Registered Nurse with Skilled Nursing and or Long-Term Care experience for our location in Honolulu , HI 96817.

You will be responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise LPN's, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Job/Shift/Unit

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing(SNF)
• General Long Term Care RN duties.
• 13 weeks Contract
• Rotating Shifts
• Shifts available: Day, Evening and Over Night shift available.
• Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
• Must know EMR Used: Meditech
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• RN state license
• Must have min of 1 yr of exp in LTC as RN
• BLS(must be AHA)
• Bilingual is a plus
