Join Our Team: Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health Role with Evolve HCR

Location: Bristol, PA

Start Date: 11/11/2024

Employment Type: Long Term Assignment 

Shift: Flexible

Pay: $70 per hour

Expected Hours: 36-40 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct behavioral health assessments, manage care plans, and deliver nursing procedures in alignment with facility standards.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and coping strategies for improved health outcomes.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Record Keeping: Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives that support the highest standards of patient care and safety in behavioral health.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania (multi-state licenses or compact licensure a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or a similar setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; mental health certification preferred.
