Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $93,000 (Based on Experience)

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient chronic dialysis setting.
Take and fulfill Charge RN responsibilities as scheduled, ensuring clinical operations run smoothly.
Monitor patients throughout treatment and document using FMC protocols and EMR systems.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes.
Train and mentor new staff and dialysis technicians as needed.
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Active Wisconsin RN license at time of submission – Required
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of Chronic Dialysis RN experience – Required
Documented Charge RN experience in a dialysis setting – Required
Familiarity with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) protocols and EMR systems – Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS – can be obtained prior to start date if not already active
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
