Evolve Healthcare is hiring for an experienced Registered Nurse in Smyrna, TN

Number of Beds : 12

•      Patient Ratios : 4:1

•      Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 tech for the unit

•      Type of equipment : GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense

•      Documentation system: Meditech

•      Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend

•      Floating policy: In rotation with full time staff and other travelers

•      Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching

Hospital Specifics-

•      Certifications: Trauma III

Requested Skill Set: post-cath care including TR band

Must have: positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving

Advanced skills needed: care of TR band, advanced pulmonary treatments, medication titration

Procedures performed on unit: none

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
