Onsite or Tele: Onsite Location: Delta, CO START DATE: 8/4/25 END DATE: 5/22/26 BILL RATE: $78 DISCIPLINE: SLP NO GWW - EXPECTED HRS per week: 37.5 CF Friendly: Yes- please note this is a heavier caselaod CF Supervision: AMN or School: State Department of ED License required Y/N: COVID Vaccine required: No Case Load/Age Group: Lincoln Elementary Job Details: Mileage and drive time paid between facilities (not morning or evening commute) Out of region: 10/12-10/19, 11/23-11/30, 12/21-1/04, 2/15-2/22, 4/12-4/19 Client Info: Active contract: No Pay cycle is weekly SHIFT: Monday-Friday. CANDIDATE WILL GET PAID FOR HOURS WORKED. TRAVELER WILL NOT BE PAID FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND/OR SCHOOL CLOSINGS DUE TO TEACHER WORKSHOPS AND INCLEMENT, WEATHER.
