•       Number of Beds - 28

•       Number of Staff –

•       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – CNC, RNs, 2-3 PCTs (depends on unit volume)

o   Night Shift – CNC, RNs, 1 PCP

•       Patient Ratios – 1:4 Oncology, 1:5 Med Surg

•       Type of equipment – Bladder scanner, Hoyer lift, glucometers, Christie IV vein finder, occasional portable ECG, Welch Allyn Vital Sign Machines, Alaris IV pumps, SCDs, PCA pumps

•       EMR - Meditech

•        ONS chemo bio certification

•

•        Blood transfusions

•       Foley/NGT insertions

•       BLS
