Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: San Rafael, CA 94903

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days

Hourly Pay (W2): $50 to $55

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in San Rafael, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve maximum benefit.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, exercises, and care post-discharge.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR certification is required.
