Unit Information: EP LabLocation: HHOABuilding:Floor:1stOrder Detail:Facility Department Number: 74768Discipline:Quantity:Target Start Date:Shift:Call Requirements: NoneWeekends: NoneGeneral InformationTell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds – 1 labs • Number of Staff – 3-4 staff per procedure, plus anesthesia • Type of staff:o Day Shift – 3-4. Mix of tech and RNs plus Supervisoro Night Shift – none • Patient Ratios – 1:1 • Type of equipment - Philips • EMR -MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • Minimum 2 yrs experience • Tech to have ARRT or RCESPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • 2+ yrs experience scrubbing • Monitor with ClarisList typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Standard implant procedures. All EP ablation cases minus VT. Perform Watchman procedures High volume. • Best personality Fit: • Very busy lab. Sense of urgency. • Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. • Scrub Color - Scrubs provided by hospital. • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. • 4nd highest engagement score in hospital.
