Location: Peterborough, NH

Shift: Days

Salary Range: Up to $22/hour (for a highly experienced candidate)

About the Role: Join our dynamic healthcare team in Peterborough, NH, as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CMA who is ready to bring their expertise to a patient-focused environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier care, supporting our medical staff, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians and nurses with clinical procedures, patient examinations, and other medical tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of healthcare providers.
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and handle specimen collection with precision and care.
  • Perform basic diagnostic procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for X-rays.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide compassionate patient education and assistance, ensuring a positive experience for all who visit the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Completion of at least 2 years in a formal Medical Assistant curriculum, with specialized training in the field – Required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting – Required.
  • Active certification as a Medical Assistant – Required.
  • Current BLS Certification (AHA) – Required.
