Med Sol conducts a profile review/ manager will conduct an interview need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. ***PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT’S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken** If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac - Unit: IR - # rooms: . 1 Neuro BiPlane Suite , 1 Body Angio Suite - average procedures per day: IR: 8-15 - Certifications required: BLS, Conscious Sedation, ICU experience (at least 1 year of exp), NIHSS - Charting Systems: Cerner - All case types done in radiology diagnostic and interventional Vascular Neuro Body IR - Shift: 8s - no call - Call is covered by staff - No floating - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes - Types of patients: Critical Care/Neuro/ ED/IP/Outpatient with Anesthesia - IR Procedures: vascular, neuro, implants, coilings, tunnel grafts, body, etc
