• Position: LPN-Float Pool- Med Surg
• Location: Ashville, NC 28801
• Start Date: 30th Dec
• Employment Type: 26 weeks Contract
• Shift:  Day/Night(3x12 hrs)
• Pay: $40/hour
• Gross Weekly: $1,440/week
• Expected Hours: 36 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver compassionate care, including monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and administering medications.
• Patient Support: Educate patients and families about treatment plans and wellness strategies.
• Collaborative Care: Work with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers to meet patient needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and care in compliance with regulations.
• Quality Standards: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in NC Compact or State.
• At least 2 year of experience in a  Med-Surg, clinical, ambulatory, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
