Job Description
St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established and patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and rewarding compensation.
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team
- Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
- Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
- Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
- Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records
- See an average of 18–24 patients per day
- Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure
- NOT open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification
- Not seeking 1099, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting arrangements
- NOT OPEN FOR VISA CANDIDATES
- Base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with opportunity for additional income through productivity incentives
- Starting bonus of up to $75,000 paid in the first paycheck
- Retention bonus of $25,000 at the start of year 2

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS. REQUIRED PRIOR TO CLIENT PRESENTATION
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC) - REQUIRED
- If Truly board eligible include the following: (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field) - REQUIRED
- How far in advance of graduation are you willing to consider (1 year, 2 years, etc.)?
- Include any expectations you have for them to become Board Certified (i.e. within 3 years).
- Active NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA and ACLS certifications by start date - (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field)- REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and licensing history - REQUIRED, NO EXEMPTIONS
- Willingness to work full-time with 4- or 5-day schedule -(note in 'Additional Submission Details' field)- REQUIRED
- Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups - (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field)- REQUIRED.

Weekend Requirements : No in-office weekend hours; only telemedicine as part of call rotation
On Call Requirements : Call rotation approximately 1 in every 70 days. Phone call only with RN triage as first contact. Telemedicine for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
