Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: Building: St. David’s Georgetown Nuclear Medicine Floor: 1st floor Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 763 Discipline: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: Feb 26, 2024 Shift: M-F 530a-2p Call Requirements- Every other weekend Weekends: Only by call General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds – 1 NM room, 1 bed • Number of Staff – 1 in NM, 2 in Echo/Vascular • Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 NM tech work independently- covering for NM tech while on leave o Night Shift - N/A • Patient Ratios – 4 per day • Type of equipment – Phillips BrightView • EMR – Meditech • Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Yes Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • ARRT, BLS, CNMT • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Venipuncture, will need to start own IVs • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Cardiac, Hida, VQ, Bone, Red Blood cell tag, White blood cell tag • Best personality Fit: • Friendly, Hardworking • Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. • Scrub Color - Sage (Olive) green top, black pants • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. • • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent. -Community Hospital -Family culture, friendly.
