Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Sterile Processing department, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and human resource functions within the department.

• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for staff, patients, and colleagues.
• Serve as a role model, demonstrating kindness, good judgment, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of management experience in an acute care facility or healthcare setting, specifically in Sterile Processing.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills are preferred.
• Expertise in finance, budgeting, computer applications, and organizational theory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
• Customer service and marketing experience are preferred.
• Certifications:
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Preferred
