Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Charlevoix, MI

Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $35-38/hr

Shift Type: Days and Nights available

Shift Times:

• Days: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts, 36-hour guarantee)
• Nights: 12-hour shifts (36-hour guarantee)

Are you a dedicated LVN/LPN with a passion for long-term care? We are seeking qualified nurses to join our team in Charlevoix, MI, for a 13-week contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and document care in patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Offer compassionate support and education to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan; required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current; required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in SNF/LTC or Med Surg; required.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

• 13-week contract.
• Days: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, 36-hour guarantee.
• Nights: 12-hour shifts, 36-hour guarantee.
