Effective Immediately,  You MUST include your AGENCY Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs. If you have questions on this requirement, please visit:

Assignment Location: 71 Hospital Ave, North Adams, MA 01247

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description : BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED!  

• 2 years current MS experience 
• ALL CERTS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH PROFILE 
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED

• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred 
• AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.  'ANYTIME' WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend and Holiday
