Ongoing training and development

Work directly with patients under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to implement personalized treatment plans

Assist in improving patients’ ability to perform daily activities (ADLs), fine motor skills, strength, and coordination

Provide education and encouragement to patients and their families on therapeutic strategies for continued progress

Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care

What We’re Looking For:

Active California COTA License (Required)

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (preferred, but not required)

A positive, empathetic, and motivated attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as a team player
