Job Description
Job Title: Center Manager / Physical Therapist
Location: Sacramento, CA
Job Type: Permanent Position
Salary: Competitive base salary, with a performance-based bonus of up to $15,000.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Center Manager or Physical Therapist. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a deep understanding of physical therapy practices, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
As Center Manager:
- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the facility, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including physical therapists, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Patient Care: Ensure high standards of patient care by implementing best practices and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgetary planning, expense management, and revenue generation.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
As Physical Therapist:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and needs.vi
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address various physical conditions and injuries.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and ways to manage symptoms.
- Progress Monitoring: Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
