We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Auburn, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess speech, language, and swallowing needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide Therapy focused on improving communication and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and support for continued progress.
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, working closely with other therapists and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid California SLP license.
- Experience: Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
