Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess speech, language, and swallowing needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide Therapy focused on improving communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and support for continued progress.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, working closely with other therapists and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid California SLP license.
• Experience: Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
