Job Description
Interventional Radiologic Technologist II Location: Fairfield, CA 94533
Pay Rate: $80-85/hr
Shift: Days; 10-hour shifts, 07:00-17:30, with potential for call
AWS: 10 OT 12 DT, OT 40 in a week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Licensure/Certification: Current CA CRT, ARRT, and CA Fluoroscopy permit required. Current AHA or AHA equivalent BLS required. ACLS preferred. RCIS preferred.
Are you an experienced Interventional Radiologic Technologist looking for a challenging and rewarding short-term contract? Join our healthcare team in Fairfield, CA, and provide specialized imaging support in our interventional lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality imaging during peripheral vascular procedures, interventional radiology, and interventional cardiology.
- Assist physicians during coronary interventions and other complex procedures.
- Maintain and operate interventional radiology equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and protocol standards.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and procedural details.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications:
- Active state Radiologic Technologist Licensure: CA CRT, ARRT, and CA Fluoroscopy permit; required.
- Current AHA or AHA equivalent BLS certification; required.
- ACLS certification; preferred.
- RCIS certification; preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an interventional lab performing peripheral vascular procedures/interventions, interventional radiology, or interventional cardiology; required.
- Experience in coronary interventions and with CPACS; preferred.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
- Day shift, 07:00-17:30, with potential for call.
- 10-hour shifts.
- 13-week contract.
