Nurse Practitioner – Direct Hire LOCATION: San Ysidro PACE – 3364 Beyer Blvd., San Ysidro, CA 92173 SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Will be required to work at other sites. Will be required to work / participate on on-call panel and work evenings and/or weekends. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum: Demonstrated experience in community clinic and/or Managed Care System. Experience working with the elderly EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Minimum: Nurse Practitioner License, or Licensed Independent Practitioner Preferred: Nationally Certified Family Nurse Practitioner CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Minimum: RN license and CPR Certification Preferred: MSN Preferred SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENT: Supervision of nurses LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred. Good oral and written communication COMPENSATION: $66.86 - $76.58 - $87.86, Please follow hourly rate grid: For NP positions, since the role requires two years of experience as an NP, you would need to deduct two years from their total years of experience when calculating their hourly rate. For instance, if they have two years of experience, they would be at Step/Year 0, and so on.
