Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: Days
Pay: $2100/ week
Expected Hours: 36per week
About Evolve HCR
Evolve HCR is seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. As an ER nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing immediate and life-saving care to patients in critical situations. Your ability to think quickly, prioritize tasks, and manage a variety of medical emergencies will make a significant impact in patients' lives during their most vulnerable moments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and Assessment: Quickly evaluate and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Critical Interventions: Administer medications, manage injuries, and provide life-supporting care in emergency situations.
- Patient and Family Support: Deliver compassionate care while communicating treatment plans effectively.
- Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Record Keeping: Document patient care accurately for legal and medical purposes.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong multitasking, decision-making, and communication skills.
