Now Hiring Permanent : Renal Rockstar Dietitian

Location: Delano, CA

Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible, we’re chill... mostly)

Salary: $84,000 – $115,000 annually (depends on how awesome you are)

Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Saturdays if needed (we'll owe you snacks)

Do you know your potassium from your phosphorus?

Can you talk turkey (low sodium, of course) with both patients and picky nephrologists?

If you're a Registered Dietitian with a love for the kidneys and a knack for clinical nutrition, we want you on our team.

You’ll Be:

Teaching patients how to keep their kidneys happy

Helping folks on dialysis not just survive—but thrive

Teaming up with nurses, techs, docs, and maybe even that guy who always microwaves fish

Reading labels like it’s your superpower

Explaining food choices with the patience of a saint and the sass of a TikTok chef

Must-Haves:

Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

1+ year of clinical experience post-RD certification

State licensure (if California says so, we say so)

Able to decode safety manuals and explain “why cheese isn’t your friend right now”

Committed to CEUs because learning never stops

Bonus Points:

Member of the American Dietetic Association (aka the cool kids club)

Experience with ESRD nutrition (aka you’ve danced with dialysis before)
