Hourly Range: $36.60 - $45.00 (based on education and experience)

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)

Permanent Placement Fee: 18%

Position Summary: Evaluates patients, and plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the professional practice of Occupational Therapy.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

•         Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy

•         Masters of Occupational Therapy preferred

Minimum Experience

•         Hospital experience preferred

Required Registration/License/Certification

•         Current Kansas Occupational Therapist license or eligible for licensure

•         CPR certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification obtained within 90 days of employment

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• CPR
• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Kansas

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
