Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Claremont, NH, 03743

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days

Salary: $45 to $50 per hour on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Claremont, NH. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, and improve their overall physical health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to address patients' needs
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and provide guidance on home exercises and activities
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards in the provision of physical therapy services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in NH
• BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Compassion and empathy for patients dealing with physical challenges
