Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Location: Merced, CA, 95340

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemetry

Pay Range: $2800 - $2850 per week

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry for a 13-week contract position in Merced, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing, providing specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing telemetry equipment.

Interpret and respond to ECG readings and cardiac rhythms.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Provide patient education regarding disease management and post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.

Active RN license in California (or ability to obtain before start date)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Telemetry unit

BLS, NIHSS and ACLS certifications required

Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and emergency response procedures

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
