  • Day Shift – 1 charge, 2 RN, 2 LVN, 2 PCT, and 1unit clerk
  • Night Shift – 1 charge, 2 RN, 2 LVN, 2 PCT
• Patient Ratios – Team Nursing (8 or 9 Patients for 1 RN, 1 LNV, and 1 PCT)
• Type of equipment – Medical Patients, remote telemetry
• EMR -
