Job Description: Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy
Position: Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)
Sub Specialty: Physical Therapist
Location: Murrieta, CA 92563
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Hourly Pay on W2: $50 to $55
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Murrieta, CA, for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover, improve their mobility, and achieve their highest level of physical function. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $50 to $55 on a W2 contract.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercise programs to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong manual therapy skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.
