Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Emergency Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality emergency care, stabilize patients, and manage urgent cases with precision and care. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Duties

• Quickly assess and stabilize patients in critical condition, delivering high-quality emergency care.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
• Document procedures accurately in electronic health record systems, such as Epic or Meditech.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an emergency room or critical care setting.
• Must have completed two years of acute care or relevant experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in rural healthcare settings is preferred.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications required.
