• Number of Beds – 110 (4 rooms in CCL/EP Lab)
• Number of Staff –
• Type of staff: Day Shift 1CNC- 5 RN,
o Day Shift – 1 charge CNC, 5 RN, and 8 Cath /EP Techs
o Night Shift – Call Team 1 Nurse 2 Techs
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – 3 Siemens and Newest 1 Philips
• EMR – Meditech, Cadio Lab, Mac Lad
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Able to monitor Afib/Afluter ablation cases independently
• Able to scrub Afib/Afluter Ablations, Permanent Pacemakers (PPM)
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• CCL and EP skills
• Jump from EP to Cath Lab to do different cases. (Ablations, PPM, Watchman, LHC, CHC, PCI)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Afib/Afluter Ablations, Pacemakers, Watchman’s, PPM
• LHC, CHC, PCI, Impella’s, Balloon Pumps, Peripheral cases, Thrombectomies, IR (perma-cath, peg tubes)
Best personality Fit:
• Schedule flexibility, willing to stay until cases end
• Flexible to shift needs 8, 10, 12 Hr - Lab hours 0600 - 2200
• Positive Attitude, flexible.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• RCIS, RCES, ACLS, BLS
Floating Area(s):
• Between Ep to Cath Lab or vice versa
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color/Attire - Hospital will provide
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Attendance, being on time. Calling in at a minimum of 2 hours before shift starts.
Weekends and On call(if any)
• If only working on EP side, will take call 2 weekends out of the month, and be flexible during the week to stay until late in the evening.
• If only able to do CCL, will have to be within 30 minutes of the hospital and will take 11 days of call per month.
