4 Days Weekly - 10hrs, 7am Start Date ASAP, Requires ACLS, BLS, Cath Lab and IR Experience, Call Required
Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection: Unit Information: Cardiac Cath Lab Location: Round Rock Medical Center Building: Heart Hospital Floor: N/A Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 74678 Discipline: Cath Lab Tech Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: March 1st Shift: 7a-5p, 4 days per week Call Requirements: Yes Weekends: Only for call coverage General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds – N/A • Number of Staff – 24 • Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 supervisor, 12 mixed discipline staff between techs and nurses o Night Shift - • Patient Ratios – 1:1 • Type of equipment - Varied • EMR – Meditech, Merge Hemo • Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Y Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • BLS, ACLS • RT or RCIS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • LHC, RHC, Peripherals, Watchman, Thrombectomy, IVC filters, Varied IR procedures • Best personality Fit: • Calm and hard working • Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. • Scrub Color - provided by facility • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. • • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
