Position: Registered Nurse - OB/GYN

Location: Oakland, CA 94602

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract                        

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:30)

Pay rate: $65/ hr on W2

Job Requirements:

• 17085 - HGH MCH/OB CLINICRatios: 1:3, expectation will be to perform NST's for approximately 12-18 patients per day.
• Years of experience REQ: 3 years
• First timers accepted: Yes
• Weekend REQ: No, this is a Clinic M-F 8am-5pm
• Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
• Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? This is not expected. However, this RN would be covering for a LOA and if the person returns then the RN would be asked to move to the regular L&D unit within the same building. This is not anticipated but we want to put this out there as a possibility.
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
• Locals accepted: Yes
• Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
• RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.
• Guaranteed Hours: 5 8-hour shifts M-F
• Special Requirements: Must have NST experience, experience with Centricity Monitor with the Toco
• Unit Information: Outpatient OB/GYN, OB/GYN experience required. Assessments of 12 Lead ECG, height/weight, medication reconciliation, pain assessment, pulse oximetry, blood glucose monitoring, altered level of consciousness, COVID, Foley Catheter insertion, pregnancy, adult patient care, scheduling patient appointments.
