Weekends:4 shifts per month General Information Tell us about the unit(s): •         Number of Beds - 10 •         Number of Staff – 17 •         Type of staff: o    Day Shift – 3 Charge Nurses, 2 RNs, 2 PCTs o    Night Shift – 1 Charge Nurse, 5 RNs, 1 LVN, 2 PCTs •         Patient Ratios – 5:1 •         Type of equipment – Video EEG, Hoyer Lift, Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, Telemetry •         EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)   Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. •          BLS •         Hospital Experience Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first. •          3 Years or more nursing experience •          Epilepsy Care List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   •           No Routine procedures performed on unit •           Best personality Fit: •          Open to Feedback •         Owner Mentality Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. •         Scrub Color -  Navy Blue with St. David’s Logo •           Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. •             Awards/Recognition:  Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.  •           •           Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:  Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.  *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
