Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) (Nights) New Lenox IL
Job Description
Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs. Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and discharge functions.
Requirement description :
- 2 years of current CVICU experience - REQUIRED
- Open-heart experience - REQUIRED
- Copy of agency's IL nursing license included in submission - REQUIRED
- COVID and FLU vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL BE NOT APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the profile**
- Prior Cerner experience - strongly preferred
- Thoracic, vascular, interventional experience - preferred

- Skills checklist (within 1 year)
- 2 Supervisory references
- Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
- License (must be active at time of submission)
- COVID card/status (Declinations will not be approved)
- Agency IL nursing license must be included in submissions
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Illinois
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must have active license at time of submission
Weekend Requirements : Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On Call Requirements : On call schedule to be determined by facility
