We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for an 8-week school-based contract in Federal Way, WA to support students in overcoming speech, language, and communication challenges that affect their academic and social growth.

Evaluate students for speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy and consultation services

Collaborate with teachers and families to support student development

Document progress and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Washington SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification or eligibility in Washington State

Previous school-based experience preferred, but CFs with strong pediatric skills are welcome to apply

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
