Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Petoskey, MI

Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $35-40/hr

Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and document care in patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan; required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current; required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in SNF/LTC or Med Surg; required.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

• 13-week contract.
• 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm shift.
• 40 hours per week.
