Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description :

• PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO THIS ASSIGNMENT WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER PERM PLACEMENT OR TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT.  PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO ANY NEED ON MY DESK WHO IS GOING TO REQUEST SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS (Block scheduling, etc).  Thank you! 
• 2 years current ED experience 
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED

• ALL CERTS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD - FACILITY WILL NOT PEND CERTIFICATIONS (ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC)
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred 
• AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.  'ANYTIME' WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
