As a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Sissonville, WV, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team while continuing to make a hands-on impact as a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing daily operations of the rehabilitation department (OT, PT, SLP services)
Supporting and supervising therapy staff to ensure quality, efficient care delivery
Monitoring departmental productivity, regulatory compliance, and outcomes
Maintaining a small caseload and delivering direct patient care as an OT
Serving as a liaison between therapy, nursing, and administrative teams
Ensuring that all care meets federal, state, and facility standards
What You’ll Bring:
Active West Virginia Occupational Therapy (OT) license
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (DOR experience is a plus)
Skilled nursing facility or geriatric care experience is beneficial
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical problem-solving skills
Passion for quality care and team leadership
