Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds : 30
• Patient Ratios : 1:6
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management
• Type of equipment : walkers, iv pumps, scd’s, etc
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28 day schedule, fall into holiday rotation.
• Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff
• Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards

Requested Skill Set: RN license
Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration and communication skills
Advanced skills needed: Medical- Surgical experience (i.e. including- experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, gi illnesses/diseases, tele, CVC’s, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc)
Procedures performed on unit:
Certifications Required: BLS
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
