Job Title: Ultrasound Technician (40 Hours, Evening Shifts)
Location: Milford Regional Medical Center, 14 Prospect Street
Job Summary:
Milford Regional Medical Center is looking for an experienced Ultrasound Technician for a 13-week contract. This role requires a professional with ARDMS registration and skills in general, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound, including DVT studies. The position involves evening shifts, with no holiday work required.

Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 12:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Every Other Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Call Requirement: One call shift per month
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week (four 10-hour shifts)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks, starting on 10/25/2024
- Holiday Coverage: Not required
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Not listed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of ultrasound procedures, focusing on general, obstetric, and small parts imaging
- Conduct vascular studies, including DVT for upper and lower extremities
- Ensure all procedures comply with facility standards and maintain accurate records
- Provide a safe and comfortable experience for patients during exams
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Certification: ARDMS registration required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in diagnostic imaging, specifically ultrasound
- CPR Certification: Must be current
- State License: Active license required for this position
- Bilingual: Not required
