Job Description
Position: CCU/PCU RN
Location: Portales, NM
Pay scale: $2,118 - $2,218/week
Shift: 6p-6a
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions, including continuous monitoring of vital signs, lab results, and organ function.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosing and patient response.
- Manage life-sustaining equipment such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors, adjusting settings as needed.
- Provide direct care in emergency situations, including performing CPR, managing respiratory distress, and responding to sudden changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families about the patient's condition, treatment plan, and post-ICU recovery care.
Requirements:
- Required: BLS, ACLS, RN license
- Minimum 1 year experience
