Job Description
Job Title : - TRAVEL – RN – CASE MANAGER
Location : - Gainesville, FL 32614
Start Date : - ASAP
Length of contract : - 13 Weeks (high Possibility of contract extension)
Shift : - Night (7p to 7.30a)
Working Hours : - 36 Hrs. Guaranteed
Documents required - RN (FL) | BLS| Updated Resume|2 Reference | DL
Job Description:-
- Must have 2 years Exp.
- RN with bedside patient care experience; minimum 2 years hospital CM experience or MSW
- Certifications: ACM or CCM helpful but not required
- Discharge planning
